Nowhere on this item does it state that it has a drawstring waistband, nor does it appear in the photographs. Who needs a big cord knot on the skin? I bought it for my daughter and it was very uncomfortable. The tie cord they use is also quite thick. Although the size seemed accurate. I bought her an XS.
