Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found this bobbin winder to be quite disappointing. The mechanism is not user-friendly and requires a lot of fuss to get the bobbin to stay in place. The only pro is that it winds the bobbin relatively quickly. However, the cons far outweigh this benefit. I would not recommend this product to anyone in need of an efficient and easy-to-use bobbin winder.

This is a winder. I am extremely disappointed. That's a great idea, but the thread got tangled on the spool. The spool moved too fast and the spool of thread came loose from the holder. I really wanted it to work. That's a great idea, but it takes work.

This car saves lives. My mom has 4 different types of machines and spooling is a time killer. With every thread change, she had to refill the entire machine. It speeds up the whole process and serves as a great spool holder for your home machine. It came with clear instructions which was a plus. She tried another one in the past and ended up sending it back for lack of instructions. So far, so good. A must if you sew a lot.
