I use it for detox baths for my kids. I first came across this brand at a health food store and it was a bit pricey. Luckily I found it at Revain for a better price. This is a great product and it comes in a resealable bag so it won't leak even if I keep it in the closet. This is a product I will continue to buy.

If you're trying to avoid eating (or in this case, soaking and picking up) food from China, don't buy this. Bought without knowing it was made in China. The country of origin must be clearly stated in the product description and must not be hidden in the questions and answers. I found another brand that is made in the USA and will use that instead.

My son is autistic and has severe constipation problems. Bathing him 2-3 times a week with a cup of Epsom salts helped keep his bowel movements regular and helped him sleep more deeply!
