The best case I've ever had!

I bought this bay to replace my worn out Kuryakyn Primoshield Half Pouch which lasted 8 years. I ride a 1600 Nomad with fairing and Batwing style boots from the ultra classic HD and the Primoshield is a little loose but that's ok. This UltraGuard fits like a glove. It has elastic all the way around (the Primoshield didn't have one) and like the Primoshield it has internal padding to protect the windshield and trunk from scratches. The only thing I don't like about it is the S-hooks, they're all

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Suitable for workshop use

I gave it 4 stars for one reason - it's not as close as expected for the Honda Goldwing's advertised performance. Great bike shelter in the garage, but not great weather shelter as we've used it in over 10 western states. Clamps (bungee cords) are only good for keeping your bike seated after a ride as they don't touch the hot tubes, but if it's raining you need to be prepared for the bike to get wet and if it's from a good one Wind is caught, it empties. from the front and/or rear of your bikeโ€ฆ

  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Communication with seller

That's great! on Motorcycle & Powersports

I was looking for something to dress my Icebear Cyclone 150 in when I ride it around town so the saddle and handlebars don't get as hot and this is the perfect cover for it! I also like that the included hooks aren't big and bulky. My bike is a big tricycle. One tip is to make sure your back is under your torso. or the end of the bar and work from back to front when tightening. Do this in reverse order until you remove it. I also like the padded wind protection. When I'm at home I use Dowco'sโ€ฆ

Great while it lasted (2 years exactly)

I've come to the conclusion that motorcycle covers are only really good for 2 years, maybe 3 if you use them consistently. And I believe (not proven) that the sun does more damage than the snow. Love the fit, the antenna foot guard, the soft padding under the windshield and the trunk padding. I bought two for my Goldwing 88 and Honda ST1300 04. Both fit very well. Convenient to take with you when travelling. Three Complaints. 1. They have J hooks on the elastic instead of wind clips so theyโ€ฆ

Suitable for Kawasaki Versys 650 with luggage rack and high windshield.

I bought a touring sized bag for my Versys 650 with a Kappa 53 luggage rack, Givi Dolomiti 36L panniers and an 18" Cee Bailey windshield. It covers the trunk completely and the front up to the headlights. The sides slope down far enough to cover the front turn signals and are wide enough to cover the top few inches of the saddlebags. It seems to have a nice elastic band around the bottom edge that pulls it snugly to the bike Only problem is the straps that hold it are elastic and will wear outโ€ฆ

updated. Read Below - Impressed So Far But Concerned!

I've had it for a few weeks now and I can already see the material changing colour. The top turns ROSE in the sun! (See attached image!) It's only been in the sun for 20 days and I live in northern West Virginia (near Pittsburgh, PA) not Arizona or Florida, our sun isn't that intense. Something that discolors so easily worries me that it will soon tear apart, but so far it's structurally strong and waterproof. I got it in the middle of summer, I wonder if it will make a full summer. I know it's
