This is a well thought out detail - I still really like the thoughtful design. But square napkins (6.5" x 6.5") always look messy because they're too short to hold without turning them over. Buy a napkin like this, it will be a great holder for you.

Yup! I've read tons of reviews because I do! I use rectangular napkins and this is perfect for them. If the As inventory decreases the holder is adjusted (with your help).It's solid,well made.It has rubber feet so as not to damage the counter or table and it's sleek and attractive.I can't ask for more than to try trying to find the right paper towel holder I am impressed with the quality of this brand so will persevere.

VERY sketchy - there's some "weight" to it. Holds an average number of wipes at maximum opening (3" value - uncompressed). The holder closes a smaller hole by pulling on both sides - as if "folding" the thing flat, like a cardboard box. . In this way, when using the towels, the holder can be made smaller to keep them snug and upright. Really awesome. Oh, and it looks beautiful! Definitely polished nickel finish with black. Small rubber feet on the bottom.
