Gifted to my daughter for her 6th birthday. Very beautiful! The coat suits her very well, only the sleeves had to be rolled up a bit. I let her play with everything in the bath and she mixes up some soap and shampoo and pretends to experiment with those products. She brought it to my mother, and my mother, my daughter and my 13-year-old son used condiments like ketchup and pretended to do experiments on "blood" samples and used the condiments as other testing experiments. My son wanted a "science experiment" for Christmas. He loved this set. I thought he would be upset that there was no microscope in the kit, but that didn't bother him at all. We did some of the experiments from the book (we went through a lot of old Christmas days), but mostly he just likes mixing water with cubes and making "potions" to melt the snow. Excellent quality. Nothing disappoints. We have food coloring on the jacket, we washed it off with cold water and immediately washed it off.

When you buy a "set" you expect all parts to be included. This kit is literally missing at least 1 or 2 essential items for any experiment. Also, you will be asked to measure ingredients in cups, but all measurements in the kit are in milliliters only. My favorite is the first experiment, which asks you to pour water into one of the test tubes and then add an ice cube. Lol try to put at least a small ice cube in the test tube. Overall a big disappointment and I'm going back to China.

We originally purchased this product for use with an outdoor adobe kitchen that also doubled as a water table. Unfortunately, some of the items were damaged when unpacking them. The company's customer service was amazing and easy to deal with. After receiving a new set, the quality of the materials is very high for the price paid. There are many different tools for children. The lab coat is a little big for our kids 3-8 years old. There is a booklet with various simple experiments for children.

I bought two of these sets for girls aged 5 and 6. I put pictures of them on the name tags which combined with the lab coat made them extra special. (Labor coats still have 2-3 years to grow.) Large test tubes and beakers are easier for little hands to manipulate and see the contents. All good quality and bright colors. All in all a great lab set. Good value for money compared to others.
