Very disappointed. The tarp is not rectangular at all, is smaller than advertised with pointed sections to increase dimensions, and weighs almost twice the advertised weight. would not recommend

Really the tarp is the best part. Good size, does what it promises. Ropes are handy, but you can get them anywhere. The stakes are tiny. They're useless on the beach. We used stakes bought specifically for the beach (screw version).

I may have received the wrong tarp but it is not square like the picture. It only measures about 10 feet by 10 feet with flaps that flare out to make it about 15 by 12. But those flaps are triangular, so it's really just a 10' 10' tarp. Very stupid advertisement. And it's not ultra light. Maybe useless aluminum posts.

I bought this canvas tent to cover a patio that now has a pergola. The tarpaulin covers the center pole of the pergola and is attached to 4 supports. I've been using it for a few months despite pretty decent storms and it's holding up great. It keeps the area underneath dry and is very durable.

Very durable. Used for the first time in heavy rain and fairly strong wind! Works great in conjunction with 2 telescopic poles. I liked how many loops there were for ties. It's not the ultra-lightweight material you'd expect given its durability. I really want to get a second one. I have a feeling this will hold up a lot better than your big heavy duty plastic tarp.

We bought the 10X12 for a recent hike and it was perfect for our needs. I was impressed with the reinforced attachment points and the overall quality of the front sight. We didn't see any rain on our trip so can't comment on those qualities but it did a great job of providing shade which is why we got it. I have included a photo of our setup using an extra parachute cord and tent pole which were not included with this fly.

Bought a few different brand of primer rags. Bought this 15' x 14' to put over a tent with a retractable screen to keep the rain off the screen walls. The included curved wire stakes are solid but nothing special. However, the stretch and tensioners are of high quality. The tarp seams and drawstring loops feel very securely stitched, and the grommets are properly seated and appear to be rust resistant. Surprisingly good stuff for the price.

I ordered this in the rain. It's raining! All night and all next day. We installed this rain cover over our picnic table and yard. We were able to cook, chat and have fun despite the flood! Highly recommended! It's lightweight, durable and easily stowed back in your pocket at the end of your ride. The shape is not rectangular but works well. I would suggest bringing extra rope. The tarpaulin itself is ok, but a bit heavy. The real disappointment is the included accessories. Stretch marks are a hybrid of laces and yarn, I wouldn't trust them in any weather. The posts are aluminum, very weak aluminum, and can only be driven into very soft soil or sand. The tarpaulin bag is a good size to easily return the tarpaulin, but it's actually too big.
