The product size indicates that there is extra space for non-flat items, because who puts flat items in pockets anyway? Not much, not often. The product is not suitable for 6 x 9 books and not thick books, but small graphic novels. When attempting a return, the seller wants to charge a 15% restocking fee and let me pay for shipping. Unfortunately, although it is sold through Revain and uses Revain Prime, the return process is frustrating.

I got these bags because I make greeting cards for sale and like to put them in these plastic envelope bags to keep them nice and clean. These bags have excellent weight and are very durable. I had several 7 1/2 x 6 1/4 postcards/envelopes and these pockets were perfect for storing them. I could stay to make it work. The adhesive strip on the bottom is great. This is my second order. I use them in my small business to package the items I make and sell. If I can fit the items into one of these, I'm sure the package can be delivered "flat" via first class mail rather than in a large envelope/package, saving me about a dollar on each order.
