Looks like a good case but not strong enough for my use. I'm a bit harsh with them because I'm old and I can drop things I didn't expect to drop and I just don't feel like they're strong enough for my use. I think it will work for some and maybe younger users but I don't think it will work for me.

Bright color, nice construction but NOT durable; That's why I ordered it --> to be strong and not fall apart when I install the iPad Air. The ledges it rests on are like any other stand — no-frills, thin, and not deep enough to hold an iPad without falling or breaking.

Dear UAG! You have been the number one case for years and I was hoping to have the same great experience with my new iPad that I had with your updated case today. I was disappointed to see that you took a great product and made it worse. It's pretty obvious you were trying to cut corners. They tried to make a case that would fit different iPad models but nothing came of it. The fit is terrible and it took me a lot of effort to fit my iPad into the case. Try as I might, the case didn't fit my iPad Air 4th Gen (2020). It almost fits, but when I lowered one edge, the other edge popped out. It seemed to me that if I tried harder, the iPad would break. In the end I sent the item back. This case is designed for the iPad Pro 11, which is slightly different in size. All UAG did was repackage the same case for the iPad Air 4. Be careful when trying to force this case on as it could damage your iPad.

I also have this case on my iPad 12.9 inch Pro. My grandson grabbed my iPads and dropped them. This case protects my devices. I like the magnetic closure and the felt material that covers the screen when the case is closed.

It's strong, but when you try to stand it up the material doesn't hold up at all. After a few minutes he slides down. Disappointed with the money. I've had cheaper ones that worked better.

As others have said, this case was not made exclusively for the 2020 iPad Air. Difficult to fit the tablet into the case as the iPad is a bit big. Therefore. Also, it doesn't turn off automatically when you lower the lid. Therefore, you have to turn it off manually or wait for it to turn off according to your auto-lock setting.
