Only works temporarily - do not buy!

I've been trying to figure out why my stuff isn't charging. I've restarted the outlet, changed outlets, changed the USB wall charger, changed which USB port I was using, and changed the cable. No, it was that knot. Don't buy this.

One thing I would like to point out is that it doesn't support power hungry devices like microphones or DVD players well. Connect them to your computer or laptop. Other than that, mice, keyboards, and flash drives work great.

Works as described.

Arrived a day early and in perfect condition. Excellent price. All four ports tested. Multiple USB storage devices are recognized on all ports. The data transfer speed is good for USB 3.0. I recommend this product and the seller.

This USB hub has no external power supply. The product description says "Powered USB Hub Splitter 3.0" with "Power Supply: Micro USB Power Supply". The USB hub has neither a power connector nor a micro-USB connector for power supply. This hub works with a mouse, keyboard, webcam, flash drives and a limited hard drive, but will not work when connected to more than 2 hard drives (where you need a powered USB hub).
