Very durable, works great with 3.0+ devices.

Used as I recently moved my PC from my desk and needed a USB-C 3.0 hub extender. I tried using some low latency peripherals (e.g. mouse, keyboard and sound) and everything worked fine through the extension and hub. The second extension I use to charge my S20 FE uses fast charging with no issues. Also used to transfer data from phone to PC, works just as well as a direct cable connection. The construction of the cable makes a very solid impression. It's braided and quite thick, plus there's aโ€ฆ

Good communication and great customer service if there is a problem.

I had problems with this extension at first. I've tried connecting a few different USB-C USB 3.1/3.2 hubs to this extension without much success. I contacted the seller and reported my problem and they immediately apologized and offered to refund my purchase price (rather than asking for the cables to be returned). Looking through the product description, I noticed a message about reversing the connection when using USB 2.0 devices. Since I was connecting USB 3.1/3.2 devices, I didn't think itโ€ฆ
