Although I really like the idea and shape of this skirt it is not constructed as well as I had hoped. Pockets don't stay tucked in, which creates space, which is counterproductive when losing weight!

I've always wanted a maxi length denim skirt. I finally took the plunge and ordered this one. I was incredibly dismayed when it arrived and I picked it up and laughed because it could not possibly be wide enough to fit in my lap. Ridiculous. Tired of those measurement errors from Revains suppliers. Sometimes they are so far from the truth. Because of this, I refuse to ever buy anything else related to clothing.

Almost as expected except back pockets? I assume front/side pockets don't make you slim so are they at the back and cover your buttocks? Never seen before. They are not intended for fashion as they are not that flashy, nor are they functional as these bags are not convenient to put anything in. Also, everything is difficult to reach as you have to twist your arm to get into your own pocket. The only function I see is my husband using my pockets as hand warmers.

I bought this and another denim skirt from the Wash Clothing Company. I've noticed comments about gaping pockets in other reviews. Mine doesn't gape terribly, but a little (I have quite a large butt/big hips, so I expected it to be worse). I like the smooth front and the zipper at the back. The length is pretty good (although not as long as my other wash denim skirt).
