Cheap Material, No Good

According to my experience, these connectors are not durable and are made from cheap materials which means they don't last long. Even for basic electronic projects, they don't seem to hold up well.

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • These may be cheap, but they definitely don't hold up over time. Don't waste your money. There are better options out there in the Industrial and Scientific category.

Poor, possibly unsafe terminal block

See photos for defects. The terminal block conductor was installed below the edge of the plastic strip in several places. If a solderless connector was installed it would hit the plastic, either splitting it or preventing the connection from being securely tightened, jeopardizing the safety of the high resistance connection and possible fire. The clear plastic protective sleeve also had a tear/chip.

Pros
  • Rating: 660V, 30A; Poles: 10 positions, double row; Number of terminals: 20; Rail Width: 27mm
Cons
  • Crumpled
