First I had problems with the cartridges I bought in March and then with these two cartridges I received a full refund. Turns out there's a new tab on the side that wasn't there before and other changes to the packaging. If you want to print clearly, pull the white tab on the side. V4INK endorsed their product and worked with me every step of the way. I recommend this company and their product. Thanks very much!

I ordered these and was a little hesitant after considering some of the other reviews but the price was too good to pass up. I'm printing large volumes in a short amount of time for my classes and needed to make it more economical. It worked. The only problem I have with them is that when I'm printing and the printer has to make more prints on a page, the next few pages show faint printing and the pages show a gray cast. I have bought these toner cartridges several times and they are the best value for money. They last almost as long as Dell's high-performance carts and cost many times less. Out of about 20 or more carts we used, one had a small typo and this company sent me a brand new set of two free of charge. Just buy them!

These ink cartridges are amazing. They came a day earlier than planned and right when I needed them. The price is good and the quality of the packaging is great. The instructions were simple and the installation was very easy. I like the print quality (black). I couldn't find anything negative about this product. This was the second time I have ordered these toner cartridges. The first 2 worked beautifully and are a lot less expensive than the Dell brand, plus it was nice to have a spare as my local office supply stores don't have toner for this Dell unit. My second order was exactly the opposite. First there were stains on the pages, then the print became very faint. The first cartridge lasted about 10 copies before it started making a grinding noise. The second seems to be ok so far, it has about 30 copies on it. We waited too long before using them, so there are no returns. I think next time we will buy a branded product.
