The drum didn't take my thicker card stock with no jam, the same stock we've used with other drums with no problems. Also, it doesn't leave a clean print, ink (toner) gaps and streaks are everywhere, it looks dirty, not clean.

I had an issue after installing the drum and toner on a Brother MFC printer which left a black toner streak down the left page size. After contacting V4INK, they responded immediately by sending a full replacement free of charge. After installation the problem was gone. They have stayed true to their motto of excellent service and I would highly recommend them for any purchase of toner or any other product. I've been using this brand at work for years. Make tons of copies and buy Brother copiers too. Thank god I found these for 1/4 the price and they work great. I've tried others and V4INK is the best for the money.

Package: Contains one drum and two toners. I was very surprised that they came in black plastic bags and in a large box with my other orders. No pillow or own box. I've never come across packaging like this before. Quality: Doesn't work at all. My MFC-8950DW got stuck on the first try. After many attempts to cool down the machine, loosen the paper, turn the power on/off, etc., we just found out that the printer is defective. Bought in April and put on shelf until needed. I opened the still sealed box and pulled out the drum. The package was torn (bad sign) and when I pulled it out part of it rolled around the tray. Of course it's too late to return it because like most people I buy these things in advance when I need them to avoid hassle. Looks like I'm still in trouble.

A toner has printing problems. Other toner and drum work fine. The price of this product is very reasonable, but the quality needs improvement.

Buying official Brother products doesn't come cheap. I bought these because others have found them to work very well and cost a lot less than big brands. I am very happy!
