Poor quality controls

Threaded rod was partially torn off. When I screwed on the 5mm end it was stiff, then the metal filings went. Still works but a pain in the butt for a new product.

It's definitely worth it!

Easy to work with old valve stem cup seals that lasted 15 years! It took me 45 minutes to make 3 prints. I started looking for something that would make life easier. I did the other 13 in under 10!

Cheap tool, partially machined

Pliers worked well, seal removal worked great. My valve guides have a 5mm hole and the 5mm screwdriver was too big to fit. I had a 5mm drill handy so I used it carefully. A little disappointed.

Worked and worked well

Worked with spring compressor to remove and install my valves. It consists of a punch set and pliers with curved jaws in a molded case. I might have saved some money if I had just bought a set of punches instead, but this set worked.

Working on a 1983 Suzuki GS1100G (8 valve). The pliers were great for pulling 35 year old gaskets, just twist the gasket and pull the new gaskets, it's a bit fiddly but it would be a lot worse without the little installation tools in this kit. great price, definitely cheaper than damaging the head or the valve guides

Super perfect valve seal pliers!

Supplied in case. Purchased for pincer valve seals only. I put tape on the outside of the jaws to keep the holes secure. pliers rule! They are very durable and removed valve seals from my DOHC 7mgte like no other. I'm sure the plumbers will work just fine, but they aren't deep enough to install the valves in the head. So 11mm 12 point deep hole. I would buy them again just for the pliers.

Not perfect but good value for money

The tools in the set benefit from a better surface finish. As they are now, this can damage your new seals. This is the reason for the lack of a star. A little sanding will remove the roughness and save you the pain of damaging the seal. When pulling off the old gaskets, wrap the jaws of the pliers in a rag to avoid damaging the head when the gasket seizes and the pliers "click" and slam. wall of the valve spring chamber.
