The test set of 4 was great. The smells are good - not overpowering but lingering - with the exception of cedar. It almost didn't smell. Vanilla was my favourite. It was very similar to campfire/marshmallow and was the longest lasting of the four scents. The hold the balm offers is very light, which I liked and left my beard soft afterwards. Yes, really odorless! I am hypersensitive to fragrances. I have previously tried Maestro "Mark of a Man" beard oil. Although it was a good product, the smell was too strong for me and it was very annoying to smell it all the time. Some colognes/perfumes actually make me sick. This Striking Viking Beard Balm doesn't smell at all. The first thing I did when I opened it was sniff it, and NOTHING. Phew, so happy. Maintains the beard. I've only used it once so I can't say much more.

Great product with one of my favorite scents. I wish they could get more cedar but that's fine. Good company with reliable customer service and promotions. I look forward to my free test comb (this brochure is included with the order). Perfect consistency: soft enough to liquify with body heat between your fingers, just the kind of beard balm I prefer. Easy to get out of the jar with one finger. Doesn't control hold very well, but I prefer a beard balm that helps with conditioning and keeps my beard soft rather than holding it in place. Look, this is great. Definitely the best beard balm I've ever used. (I bought the vanilla) Another great thing about this product is that it rinses my hands off easily when I apply it to my beard. I know it sounds like a small thing but with other oils/balms I have to wash and wash them again and finally dry with a towel like you have motor oil on your hands you have to use this special blue paper. towels to dry off.
