I ordered a small belt 28-32 inches. I have a very nice belt, 36 inch belt. I know this because I compared it to my 30-32" Dockers belt and it was 4" longer. But it comes with instructions on how to cut it and make it shorter to the right size. But the instructions are imprecise and it's not easy to do this without damaging the belt. There are two large clips that need to be pulled out to properly cut and size the belt and then the clips will be missing and the belt will not work either. I have

By tweener I mean I had some problems with it but it worked in the end. It was too long but had the ability to adjust so you could shorten the belt without much difficulty. It's also a wide belt that barely fits into the belt loops of a standard pair of jeans (at least here in America). However, the material seems to be of good quality and after I've made some adjustments it looks good.

The belt looks very nice - but as soon as I opened the packaging, a strong, acrid chemical smell filled the room and the fumes made me nauseous. It didn't smell like leather or I would have just messed with it, but in the end I had to make the most of it. It's been 3 days and I'm still trying to get the smell out of the house - so frustrating! I really needed a belt like this so now I have to start over; I can't leave this item behind.

Very nice belt. I ordered another belt that was almost the same except for the color. Another had a recognizable brand and cost more. The two straps are almost identical except for the buckle. The buckle needs to be removable so the length can be adjusted so it's not a super heavy piece of hardware. The quality of the buckle on the signature belt was slightly better, but nothing remarkable. The big name belt also came in prettier packaging, in a box that protects the skin when not worn. This…

The possibility of shortening the belt by cutting off the end that attaches to the buckle is a big plus! I have used many woven belts over the years and the durability of this material is superior to any other I have found. So reasonably priced that I immediately bought a second one as a backup, but I'm not sure I'll ever need it.

This is the second one I've bought in the last year. The good thing is that they are priced right, they are adjustable for a perfect fit and seem to hold up better than real leather straps. The bad news is that they smell funny (like smoke) when you first get them. So if you are afraid, buy elsewhere.
