I love the style of Van's shoes and have been buying/wearing Van's for almost 20 years. However, the quality just isn't there. In the last 10 years I have never had a pair of vans last more than 1-1.5 years. They fall apart. I don't ice skate or do any sport in it. I wear them as casual shoes and they just don't hold up.

Hello, I received my size 10 white men's sneakers today. Everything was looking fine until I put them on and noticed something sharp was resting on my heel. I took the boot off and saw that there must be a problem with the stitching on the inside of the heel of the boot. I tried to put them on but walking hurt so I figured if you guys could do something.
