Vans Sk8-mid Reissue V-K Unisex-Child Sneaker Review

These Vans have the cool factor! However, I found the quality didn't live up to the dozens of other pairs we've purchased. The stitching on one of the straps came undone in the first week. They also get dirty very easily and my kid is not rough but a cool kid and he alternates 3 other pairs. We've had it for about a month and pretty much done. I placed a new order for the regular skates we know and love.

My son has absolutely nothing against wearing these shoes. And they hold up securely. They are also absolutely gorgeous and fit perfectly.

My son didn't want to wear shoes before. I bought them hoping they would be comfortable enough to wear. Finally he left a pair of sneakers and here they are. They are very sweet. Comfortable. Easy to put on.

My toddler loves these shoes because they have velcro instead of laces. Helps him put his shoes on. They fit as expected, the sole is a bit heavy but it helps the shoe withstand the pressure of 4 years of chaos. Also good quality.

Style wise my son loved these shoes. However, they could not stand the boy's rudeness. They fell apart in just a few months.

I love the red shoes. Fun for a 4 year old. Fit seems a bit small as we went 11-12 and thought we had room and we didn't. The shoes fit perfectly. Seller selection seems random as the first seller we selected suddenly "sold out" after I placed my order. I immediately ordered from another seller and received the shoes in 2-3 days.

I received 2 left shoes. The child is trying on the size ordered and went to get dressed to discover the left shoes. I received the order over 30 days ago so I'm not even sure if the exchange will be accepted.

Fits as expected. Great looking shoe on my little man. A little tricky to put on but definitely a good shoe and I'll probably buy it again as his feet keep growing.

My boy wears a 9.5 on adidas, wish these vans were bigger so they last longer. I ordered 11.5 and although they will last another 3 or 4 months they fit now, slightly larger but smaller than expected.

I knew I should order a size up from our last pair but we LOVE these. So comfy and I even bought a matching pair of toddlers for his little brother. My son often wears overalls on Vans, but they're good when it's not very nice outside!

Easy to put on and take off and the velcro straps are long and stick very well, which is very convenient as my kid likes to run and such straps often come loose. But not this one.

Sorry for the bad reviews, we bought these from the VANS website, they've had them for just over 2 months, the velcro has come loose from the tab. How does this happen? Try Gorilla Glue until we teach the little guy how to tie his shoelaces. Very disappointed with the quality, expected more from Vans.

The shoes are so cute and exactly as pictured. Although they're definitely big, like most vans. I recommend scaling down by half if you want them to fit out of the box or stay true to size for a small grow space.

Overall the shoes are ok but not great, my son has been wearing them for about two months and they are ready to be thrown in the bin, the material was not as expected and the color is more of a purple blue. Either my six-year-old son had an ingenious plan to destroy his shoes, or shoes just weren't made for active kids. I will not buy again.

These shoes are great. Our little girl started with and grew into low-top sneakers. They last, are easy to put on and go well with outfits.
