I have tried other vegan straps before and after wearing them several times, they show signs of wear and usually fall apart soon after. But that doesn't apply to this belt; Although I haven't owned it for a long time, I found the quality of the belt to be excellent and the material durable. I would have preferred a square buckle; So far, however, I am very impressed with this belt. However, durability will show over time.

As a vegan I have tried all types of belts but many of them are not durable and regular woven belts tend to slip through the buckle. This belt has a traditional buckle and holes to ensure it stays exactly where you put it. It's also very durable. After seven months of almost daily wear, the only sign of age is the thin silver finish on the buckle, where it has worn to reveal the brass underneath. But at this price it far exceeded my expectations which is why it's five stars!
