Vellux® 1B07182 Plushlux 86 Inches Blanket Review

My son slept in the basement with a sheet and blanket. I bought this for him and he is in heaven. Every morning he says how much he loves it. I washed and dried it and there was very little lint on the dryer screen afterwards. The gray color is very saturated.

This is a very soft luxurious blanket to look and feel. I don't like polyester but would like to order more, I washed it in the front loading machine and half dried it on a delicates for half an hour then hung it over the chairs overnight to dry fully, it came out perfect. I love the feeling on my feet and drag it from the bed to the sofa. Not sure where in the review I read that there is no lint because I don't have any and I have a cat with very long hair and it doesn't accumulate at all…

I bought 2 gray comforters 4-5 years ago and our experience was great. I bought two navy blue blankets two weeks ago and these blankets look older than the old gray ones. The quality is definitely not right. I am so disappointed. $50 comforters should last more than one wash. A few years ago I found a mink blanket. Since then I have not found any other such blanket until now. The duvet is incredibly soft. Warm but not enough to sweat. He is light. Five stars if it serves my purpose but doesn't. This duvet was intended to be used by my husband for warmth while he sleeps on the couch. Breathing problems prevent him from sleeping in bed so I bought this double size comforter so he can sleep on the couch. It won't stay on him while he sleeps, so now it's curled up at the foot of the big bed I sleep on. When it gets cold at night I pick it up.
