Gave this to my mom for her birthday and she loves it. It's light, soft and has all the pockets she likes to put keys, phone etc.

Nice color. Very well done but could be a little deeper. Light weight as long as you don't put down your wallet, cellphone and some makeup. I found VB wallets to be a bit overpriced

I like this bag. It's lightweight and has pockets for everything. I alternate between a shoulder strap and a shoulder strap, both are perfect. I'm considering buying another one in a different color. I can't find anything wrong with this bag!

Bought this bag for a family vacation. I love it and can't bring myself to stop. Both shoulder straps are fully detachable, allowing you to carry a shoulder bag or shoulder bag with that pesky extra strap always getting in the way. The front flap pockets are perfect for my camera and sunglasses, and there's plenty of room inside for everything a mom needs to meet up with her 4-year-old and her husband for a day at Disney. I'm buying this bad boy in a few other colors so I can trade!

Love the design, especially the ability to use any strap and remove the one not used. Gray fabric is a great neutral option. I have been a Vera Bradley handbag exclusive for years and wanted to try this new design. I used the bowler (now a twist lock bag) for years and then switched to the mailbag. The mailbox has just been renewed and I'm not very happy with the changes. Carson has elements of both Mailbag and Satchel so hopefully it will serve my needs.

Great purse. I got this because I had to carry things for the baby. I love that I can just throw in an outfit, 2 diapers, wipes and a bottle and I'm ready for a quick trip to the store. I can add more. Or less. I was looking for a short shoulder bag but this one had both 2 and 1 (on the shoulder and over the shoulder). And it works great. I use them both. Love the style, like most Vera Bradley styles it is very practical and the new slimmer quilting gives the bag a more refined look. ..and as if that wasn't enough, Hawthorn Rose has such a rich look that I've moved it to my "pro" shelf.
