It's just not cute and for the price it's just rubbish. I didn't come back just because I need an all black backpack with no visible logo to comply with uniform rules and something waterproof. It has a luggage strap, which I think is cool. Appears to be waterproof

This bag has been a lifesaver for me! I contribute so much to the factory work and I needed something to help me limit the amount I carry in addition to all my required PPE. I'm so glad I decided to order this! It's also much more beautiful and vivid in real life. I am absolutely in love with this bag.

I used this backpack as personal carry-on during a trip to Florida. I tuck my quart-sized bag of personal fluids into the front zipper for them to stand up. I put on 2 outfits, a bathing suit, a hair dryer, etc. and put my purse on top. I could sync the top and close the buckle so nothing would fall out. It fits perfectly under the airplane seat in front of me. I really liked the color, very beautiful flowers!

Nobody will answer your request to replace or fix this issue. Revain guarantee emailed multiple times - grilling. Email Vera Bradley - they will not work with items sold by Revain. Disappointed to see the lanyard switch in the main compartment is poorly made. The switch cut the cable (see photo). There is a nick in a hole and it appears to have made the nick.

This is probably my favorite backpack. I bought it to use for work. As a nurse, I needed something I could easily wipe off when I got home. It's definitely a bag. I like the little extra pockets. I can also easily slip my 32 ounce jar into my pocket and not have to worry about it falling out. The size of the bag is just right. I've had it for a few months now and it still looks brand new. No signs of use.

Perfect size backpack, laptop sleeper is protected and there are external and internal pockets as I had hoped. Unfortunately, like the other reviewer, the lace broke after less than two months of normal use. It doesn't go all the way around the backpack so I can't replace the drawstring which makes the backpack almost useless.

Additional review: After using this bag for 5 months the cord has frayed. I'm very disappointed because in all my years of buying Vera Bradley products I've never had a single problem, I still carry a 15 year old tote bag that doesn't wear out. I can't even fix it because it's separate cables, I still like the design and the ability to clean it but I'm disappointed I can barely use it. And I don't wear a lot of stuff in it.
