Phew. The liner NEVER dries, waited 5-10-15 minutes, still sticky. A thin line will not hold the lashes at all. A thick line pulls the liner when touching up lashes that don't adhere to the ends and the entire lash refuses to align with the natural lash line even after the natural lash is curled.
