I like that it is easy to use, not very expensive in comparison with other similar products out there, has many useful features for our business needs. Nothing really. The best part is that it's free! I like how easy this tool makes my job as an IT manager so much easier by automating some day-to-day tasks we used to have to do manually, such as creating backups for our servers or monitoring network activity with Wireshark (which was very tedious).
