Optimized for SE: Victorinox 6 Inch Curved Fibrox Pro Boning Knife with Semi-stiff Blade Review

This is the first time I have cooked a grilled chicken with it. Light enough to make thin cuts but strong enough to slice through a chicken's spine.

I bought this knife as a Christmas present for my stepson who loves to grill and he told me it was one of the best knives he had. Now it is his indispensable helper in the kitchen!

I ordered a curved semi-flexible version of this knife. I have a straight flex model. I give two stars because the knife is very sharp and in good condition. But come on. Please send the correct item

I've always trusted America's Test Kitchen Equipment reviews. These knives did not disappoint. This is the only knife brand I will buy. I have a lot of Victorinox knives, but I've noticed that I don't have a boning knife.

This is my first time using this 4 knife to trim 4 large breasts and I have never had to sharpen it. The fit of this knife doesn't tire my hand like some boning knives I use. Just the flexibility is enough to get the job done well. I use a knife almost every day.

Appears to be of excellent quality. Haven't used it yet but it arrived super sharp. The handle feels good in hand and is quite large, which I like as I have big hands. I can't wait to use it, I bet it cuts like a laser. I wish it came with a good keeper, but oh well, I bought the Mercer Culinary 6" x 1" keeper and it works great for $3.19. If anything changes I will update the review.
