This product is water damaged, the black fabric case is leaking and dirtying the white reflector: white balance on the side.

This card should have a white side for custom white balance but somehow the black paint on the frame seems to be bleeding into white making it unusable.

Great concept, great structural design, terrible workmanship. It's peeling off on one side and something is transferring onto it on the other side, so I don't have a solid white area to white balance. Serious crap.

This is not a matte finish which is required for white balance. Mine also arrived with a purple spot in the center (assuming it's paint from a black case). I'll throw that away and go to the local camera shop.
