Comfortable fit gets very hot but vibration pattern is not consistent. It's so everywhere I get annoyed and turn it off. The vibrating parts are also not in the best place. They should also be on the side of the knees. Good option for heat therapy

I really liked the idea of the product and some of the features but I had to return. I or my mom bought it to relieve arthritic foot pain. I've been using the product for several weeks just to see how it would work on her. I noticed that red marks or stains remained on her knees. I've tried medium heat on low, even with something on her leg, like pants or a compression sleeve, it still left a red stain. So I had to go back.

This has just arrived without a charger. Just ordered a charger hope it works if the massager does the job please update my review. I have told my wife not to order from Revain again because he already has a review that the charger was missing when someone else got it, now this is the 4th Revain product we have had issues with in the last few weeks just received the charger and it doesn't fit the plug
