This product is just a picture frame without glass, with a writing board inside. I know this because the one I ordered didn't have back clips and the felt board was loose and fell out at the back. The felt at the top was also loose and pulled forward. I was able to tuck the top back in and then flip down the clips to secure the board inside. I love that there are so many white and gold letters, symbols and emojis. However, the fee is a bit small. The stand is not strong at all resulting in me having to lean the board against furniture etc which defeats the purpose of paying more for an item that includes a stand. This product should contain more common letters used in English. For my first layout, when I was experimenting with a longer quote to test the product, I ran out of gold DTH and E and had to use white. It was frustrating searching through silly emojis and symbols that I would never use when searching for regular letters. The total number of characters is less important than what they are.
