Copper Flask Closure: Exquisite Vintage Craftsmanship for Superior Quality Review

I ordered it for my husband. He makes reconstructions of the 18th century, where everything has to be contemporary. He liked it very much. Good quality, heavier than expected but he's happy!

Looks good until you open it. The cork was half rotted, the bolt holding it broke off and it had to be thrown out of the bottle. The chain was very cheap so it was replaced with a leather strap and my drink had granola on it.

This bottle has a very cool design, the only downside is that it's covered in copper and sometimes it can leak a little because it's just a cork. It works best when you can carry it upright in your pocket or purse. I still think it's really cool, you just have to be realistic in your expectations. I wouldn't take this campsite for a week but I would stuff it completely in my coat pocket.
