It really is as they say, my only complaint is that the reel is a has one and a half to two inches wide. I wear 3x tees and they stretch into four tees used for workouts and workouts, two 10 inch strips in my grocery bag and one strip stays about 8 or 9 inches long. Greetings. This is a great sewable solution for visibility. The reflective flare is pretty good and I honestly don't see how it could be sewn on better than a quick cut. My concern at the moment is that I'm not sure the reflective material will stand up to the wear and tear I expect it to. I'll leave the perfect score for now and get back to where we are in a few months. The cut ends are more likely to fray, but that's a pretty easy fix. A great solution so far. Hope it's helpful.

Very good reflective tape. I bought it after three neighbors (one of whom was me) got hit by cars while walking their dogs. (I'm not exactly sure how much that would help, because when I was personally hit, I was standing at a stop sign.
