VSTAR G9 bulbs fit bulbs

Great price on my Thermador hood vent. The replacement Bosch brand is $15 each. My range hood has high/low/off settings so it can be dimmed. I did notice a slight difference between this and the OEM One. The low setting is just a hair dimmer, but that's not a problem if the stock OEM blows through. I keep mine as a night light in my kitchen and the original light lasted just over a year. I will update my review of how long this replacement lasts.

Great Buy!: Light Bulbs

Love love love these halogen bulbs! Before ordering them I broke an existing one and burned myself trying to separate it. After some hard work and a pair of tweezers I was able to remove all the small parts and replace it with a new VSTAR G9 halogen bulb. Love the fact that it's dimmable and lasts many hours longer than an incandescent bulb. I'm also delighted to have a generous supply on hand for future use when I purchase this 10 pack. Thank you Rewin!

Little did I know these were originally two pin bases and I had to pull them straight up and out to remove them. I learned this the hard way and tried to twist them. The glass eventually shattered and I was left with two Prong Bases stuck in the nest of broken…
