The burner itself is beautiful, it flows well, I like it a lot. There is a star deduction because of the bags that came with it. They give you a headache, smell like burning/melting plastic. This is probably not the sellers fault, I would strongly recommend buying various cones with good reviews.

The rewind function doesn't work at all. I would throw out the cones they send along because they don't really smell like flavored. Sticks are not suitable for this. The holder for it is a joke and you can get ashes everywhere BUT in the pool where they belong.

I have ordered 2, one for each of my sons. They are bigger than I expected. More than a similar product I have received for myself. The best suggestion was the number of cones included (100). Mine only came with 20. I would be tempted to just order the cones. My sons are happy with their gifts. Many Thanks.

I really like the look of the dragon, but the incense that burned down very quickly doesn't flow like a waterfall at all. The smoke comes out of the dragon's mouth and rises into the air instead of cascading as advertised. I put it in a place where no air was blown on it, but it still didn't work. Incense doesn't smell either. I am extremely disappointed.

This is my second purchase of one of these beautiful incense burners. I buy them as a Christmas present. You are so beautiful to look at. Fascinating is the word. Comes with a very large incense stick. The incense spell is great. It's not overwhelming. Their height is about 9-12 percent, when incense they circle the dragon and come out of the dragon butterfly.

I love kites and effects. However, all incense sticks are in a pouch. When burning, it smells not very pleasant. The colors also stained my white coffee table. I burned the pink cone and now the table is pink. I've tried Clorox wipes and Lysol foam cleansing. It's still pink. Just be careful when burning and remember they smell strong don't bother. I had a headache, I had to open the door to air out. When it is illuminated, it looks very cool.

Exactly as described/pictured! Includes mat, tweezers and incense sticks. I was hoping for a simple all in one option and it was perfect. :) Each cone color has its own scent, and they all fall within the range of typical incense sticks, so if you like that scent in general, you'll love these. -3 minutes before it flows down instead of up. When it's done, it will turn white about the middle of the cone. The dragon itself is just like the picture - very pretty!

The kite burner itself is very sharp and really drives you crazy watching the smoke 'streaming' down and pooling at the bottom. My son saw it and was interested so I was willing to try it. Really nice effect, but you *must* keep it out of drafts (and don't breathe heavily or talk around!) or the smoke won't dissipate properly. All cones have quite pleasant aromas, except for the purple cones. don't stay lit We've tried several of them and none of them burn. They go out after a few seconds…

The burner works as described but disappoints with greenish/yellowish stains on the underside which could not be removed as it was covered with incense powder which was wiped off with a damp cloth. Even scratching with your fingernail leaves stains, so I'm not sure if this burner has been used before or if something went wrong with the glazing. A little more annoying is the fact that I didn't even get all the flavors advertised. I got 40 pieces of what I think ambergris. I suspect I'm missing…
