I've replaced this part at least 20 times and the class action lawsuit hasn't even come close to recouping our net cost. Our dishwasher is a full lemon, but I can't send it to landfill just yet. Why can't anyone make this part more durable?

Worked well until it broke. I have to buy another one and hope the new one works better. I'm sure the manufacturer's design had a lot to do with this, but the replacement part should still hold up. The original lasted 2 years, this one 2 months.

The original plastic casters and brackets installed on my Kitchenaide dishwasher failed after minimal use. These replacement parts appear to be of higher quality and fit perfectly. The rollers are screwed and not fixed on a plastic pin, which should increase the service life. Easy installation. Satisfied so far.

So be careful. I watched a video on how to remove the broken piece. My husband came home and he was already taken apart. It was difficult for him to put it back together, but if he took it apart, maybe it wasn't so difficult. Also, it doesn't have a push mechanism to raise or lower the entire boom. You might want to keep the old ones (I would imagine) for installing on a new part. We did and ours fitted perfectly. Works perfectly.

Yes my WDT750SAHZ0 model is on the list of compatible models with this part but they are not compatible. I paid a lot of money to order directly from Whirlpool to get the right item. I have not yet received the whirlpool part but the photos look different. The difference is that my model's small wheels have to fit in the rails. Wheels must have a convex surface. The wheels on this Revain piece are concave as if they are off the track. I was able to get my money back, so good.

Unfortunately the plastic used in these Maytag/Jacuzzi products which originally came with the dishwasher is really awful and crappy. They don't stand up to much use at all. About two years after purchasing the device, various plastic lids for dishwashers began to fail. At first I wanted to buy replacement parts from my Maytag dealer, but they 'said' that they only sell whole 'units' of dishwasher parts. Essentially they told me to buy the entire dishwashing rack that was out of order. and will
