Here are some great pen tips. They fit snugly in my pen for my tablet (Wacom Bamboo Capture) and I can use them straight away without much hassle. It took tweezers to get the old one out, but that's only because I couldn't find the tool that came with the original product.

With a softer felt core, these nibs offer a small and light drag on the Cintiq screen, making the drawing experience feel more natural, just like drawing on paper. If you're tired of brush strokes that go too far or too fast, give them a try. With heavy use I use a stylus about every two months, but with infrequent use they should last forever.

My favorite pen. I like the softness and the lack of noise. I also like felt sometimes (depending on what I'm making), but it wears out pretty quickly. I squeeze too hard, always like this, and they hold up well.

I study illustration and use my Wacom Intuos tablet almost every day. I don't like the standard plastic grips. I switched to flexible tips and found them to be more like drawing with a pencil or pen on corrugated paper. I find my lines are more stable and easier to control. I gifted some nibs to a classmate and now he's switched to flexible nibs too.

Started using them on an outdated Intuos 4 and still use them on my Cintiq 22HD. They have a natural grip that really helps mimic the feel of a canvas or sketchbook, meaning you can get by with less stabilization in most cases and just be comfortable hands-free. Much better than traditional plastic tips. They might not be for everyone, but I definitely recommend everyone to try them at least once.

I can confirm this works great with the handle for DTK-1651 (KP-302E-00C). The original tablet's stylus has a hard tip because this tablet is more suitable for presentations and teaching. I stole the DTK-1651 as I believe it to be the predecessor of the new budget Wacom Cintiq 16. This simple upgrade makes it look a lot more like an art tablet. Highly recommend if you're looking for a "toothier" and "softer" look.
