Much louder than the previous model and possibly defective

We had a previous model of this unit that we used for about 10 years or so for enough that the wires started fraying where the power cord enters the unit . So we ordered this newer model even though we didn't need the heating feature. We found this unit to be louder than our previous model, with a sort of rumble that leads me to believe this particular unit is not working properly. I ended up remounting our old box and it continues to work perfectly. As I haven't opened it for a while it may be

There were problems both when initially purchasing this massager and when replacing it

The first massager came with a flat head and although the instructions said the heads were easy to attach and remove, it wasn't the case . t case. I tried many times to remove the head with all my might and it seemed to me that it was superglued. I've notified Revane and they just sent a replacement. I ran into the same situation on the second one, but a friend was able to pull this flat head off. Unfortunately, this head is the only one that uses heat and the heating element doesn't work. I…

Disappointed - waste of money!

Media could not be loaded. Bought despite mixed reviews. As soon as I opened the box I was disappointed. Soft rubber tips. I was hoping for something stiffer for the legs. When I turned it on, I was even more disappointed. There's no power for this thing. So weak. I hardly felt it on my tired legs.
