Lathers well - Household chemicals

This soap cleaned my meat cutting board very well. I squirted about 1/2 teaspoon and it foamed well. He really didn't have the smell or marks he left.

Cutting Board Soap in Wood Conditioners, Waxes and Oils

I love that it's plant based. I use it to clean cutting boards and wooden utensils. Only a small amount is needed, so this should be enough for a long distance. After washing and drying the boards with this soap, I oiled them and they definitely looked younger.

Restores abandoned cutting boards

We have some wooden cutting boards that are showing their age. My wife likes to cut the ONION on the board. This material did a great job of getting rid of the odor and the wood looks better than it has in a long time. IMO the more you use it the better.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Works great on wooden cutting boards and countertops

I have two wooden cutting boards and an island with a wooden countertop. This product does an excellent job of cleaning things like this. Tried this with wooden spoons too and it worked well too. This is a better and easier to use product than the wood cleaner I used before. Don't forget to shake the bottle before use!

Works as well as dish soap

I love that this cleaner is completely odorless. I usually use dish soap to clean my cutting board and this solution works just as well. It foams well as you can see in the attached photo. I really love my used cutting board; I hope this soap lasts longer. I'm not giving it five stars because it's more expensive than dish soap, but I'm not sure it's any better. It looks like it could replace Murphy's oil.

It is slightly thicker than water and easy to use. The smell of soap is there but not strong. I tried to compare the ingredients with Murphy's oil but couldn't find the ingredients on the latter, while this one has the ingredients listed right on the front. I could try cleaning my instrument's neck and leather with it, but I'm a little tired as the instructions say to rinse off, but none of the ingredients look worse than not being able to rinse off Murphy's oil.

Works Good - Household Cleaning

WALRUS OIL - Cutting Board Soap, 100% Vegetable Wood Cleaner, 5.25 oz Bottle Cleaned my cutting board well. The problem is that I'm cleaning a huge cutting board with this and it takes a long time to apply a thin coat all over. This is best used on small cutting boards. In the end I put the bundle in a small glass with hot water and cleaned it that way. He did a good job cleaning up. This may not be the best solution for large cutting boards. Nothing wrong with the product, it's just that the…

Highly recommended for wooden boards and utensils

I have a giant wooden board that I use regularly for kneading and shaping dough. it dries out and raises concerns about liquid soap, especially its scent, which has a negative effect on my dough. Wooden dishes in which I often cook. Before use you need to shake the bottle, after that you just open it and then drip some walrus oil either directly on wooden objects or on a sponge/rag. , is a 100% herbal product, made in the USA, with a very low fragrance. This faint smell that you can smell is…
