The description says that the tie is "matte" but in fact it is shiny. I don't think the seller knows the definition of "matt".

Purchased, dark blue. It was better quality than I expected. Clean look, silky feel, true to color and sewn appropriately. Also well made for the price! Just try it, you won't be disappointed!

I bought "burgundy-brown-burgundy" which is usually worn with a navy blue suit. It is NOTHING like the advertised photos of this color. Instead, it's a dark cherry color and has a lot of glitter/shine in it. So it doesn't look immediately sophisticated, stylish or plain, but more like a tie made by a bartender in an expensive nightclub specializing in house music. It looked ridiculously gaudy with any navy blue suit I have, and generally gaudy on its own.

I wanted my fiancé to match the bridesmaid dresses and groom's men's bow ties so I was apprehensive about buying it online without seeing if the colors would match in person but with the return policy I decided to try it . As it turned out, the perfect match! It's a beautiful blush and it looks just like the picture!
