This winter fleece lined legging with skirt is a one piece. The skirt is attached to pants. Love that, because my daughter always wants a skirt with pants, but can make bathroom time just a bit more difficult. She is 5 and wears mostly 6s. These are great! They are not tight and are long enough for her. The fleece on the inside is very soft and thick. Definitely not a summer legging but so great for winter! Also a great price for these!
