im writing this review months after my purchase to see how it would be after using it for awhile. the stitches inside the pockets were coming apart leaving a big whole in the pockets and the stuff in my pockets get inside the coat. The side pocket with the zipper just started coming apart. The company should better design the pockets were snow doesnt get inside during a blizzard (i live in Alaska where it gets to -25+°F. I think skinny people could use their proper size just fine but if you're a little fluffier like me then you wanna go a size up from your regular shirt size. I got a size up and it's plenty roomy. I like that it’s a warm stylish parka but what I did not like is that it was a size to small so my advice is to up one size up. I wear 2XL so luckily I order 3XL on the advice of another customer who purchased the same parka. I use this parka when I want to dress up to go somewhere nice.

This coat was beautiful, well made. But The sizing structure is awful! Every coat I own is 2X. This coats 2X is 3 to 4” short of zipping up. Length fine. Not made for a 44-46” waist. Very disappointed. Loved the coat. Don’t trust their larger sizes.
