Based on my experience, this product didn't live up to its claims. While the material is soft and smooth, the vibration was weak and underwhelming. I also found that the battery life was short, so it didn't last as long as I had hoped. While it's marketed as a health and household item, I wouldn't recommend it as a reliable choice for Kegel exercises.

Waste of money. There weren't multiple "functions" or "speeds/frequencies". Threw it in the trash. Don't waste money and time

Only used it for about 2 weeks before it stopped working almost as if there was a short circuit as the light is still on only there is no vibration .
