Durable and pretty on my review.

My son receives gtube feedings over night. Sometimes the line opens causing feeds to spill. This mattress protector is very resistant- nothing gets through!

We're happy with this!

So far, out of mind and that's good.This does not bunch up under our 10-year old's sheets, as several others have in the past. In fact, we have a couple months of use now with no comments or complaints. We've not had occasion to test the waterproof claim and of course are happy about that.These kinds of mattress covers are just a necessity, in my opinion, if you want your mattress to stay usable for years and years. This can be washed or tossed out for a fraction of the cost of a new mattress -

Customer service is strictly email

Works great except for the fact that it will not connect to the internet so I can't use my phone to control it or schedule cleaning. I spent weeks trying to resolve the issue via customer service. You cannot speak with anyone. It's all done via once/d email. The email instructions were good but they kept asking me to try one more time. Then try to connect using the phone as a hot spot. Then send a video of trying to connect. Good grief. I would have returned it but it works great and I was…

Nice mattress cover

This is a nice mattress cover. I really like that it is gray. It seems comfortable. Haven’t had any spills or anything on it so not sure about how well the waterproof part works. We bought it for out sons bed. Happy it came in twin xl.
