Beautiful colors of blue, yellow on a cream background. Nice print as expected from a Waverly product. BUT the Jacobean printed side felt like twill cotton and not the smooth cotton sateen that all my other Waverly sets have. The side with the blue stripe was satin. Very disappointed with the roughness of the print side. Sent back for a refund. Is this really a quality Waverly product?

I have a 'thing' for a nice bedroom. It is beautiful and the colors are just like the picture. The price was good for a royal comforter, of course they can be high. And it's big enough. As a result, many other manufacturers call the duvet 'king', and later you'll find out that it doesn't even fit a full or king-size bed. This is the second duvet set I have purchased from Waverly. We have a "brick" version of this set in our guest room. I bought a blue set of "porcelain" for my daughter's spare room. Both are wonderful. The colors are bright but not flashy, the duvet is quite thick and quite warm, the material of the top of the duvet and the covers is high quality damask which gives the fabric a rich feel.
