This is exactly how an NVME M.2 case should be

Aluminum makes this NVME M.2 case durable. The cooler pad works great and I haven't had any heat issues. performance is great. The USB-C adapter pouch and cable is a nice addition. Easy to install, everything is included except for the drive. If I were to carry this with me, the silicone protector offers excellent protection. Quarters in picture for size reference.

I have several SSDs and M.2 drives, many of which are in external enclosures. This is the best M.2 case I've ever had. It's not faster - in fact, external M.2 drives aren't much faster than current SSDs in external enclosures. However, many external M.2 interfaces perform very poorly.
