This is a complete product, easy to use, good value and it gives you time because you have your own aesthetic at home. Just do not forget to read the instructions before use and buy wax for depilation. I recommend this product 100%, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Wax pot arrived broken. The seal around the edge holding the metal part was broken and you could see all the wiring inside. There is a separate detachable pot, but the main component has been detached. Not sure if this will work with wires and anything open ended.

This heats up my hard wax jars perfectly! I can cast my glass whole or put wax balls in the melting glass that it came with. I wish the temperature had the ability to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit so I lost a star. At the moment I only adjust the temperature a few degrees until I think it has reached the desired level. There are no complaints about the greenhouse at all. Definitely recommend.

The wax melter arrived broken in the box. The shipping box or even the box it was packed in was not damaged. However, I tried plugging it in and trying to heat the wax balls. A few minutes later the electrical part of the heater failed. He's gone forever. I returned it.

I've been doing hair for over 12 years I've tried many wax heaters many of which are over $30 I can't believe how awesome this heater is for only $20 I've recommend this warmer!

Perfect for what I wanted it for. Wax for the whole body. It worked best for me when I turned on the heat to melt all of my hard wax balls and then kept them at the perfect temperature for waxing, around 180.10/10. Perfect product!
