Daughter just started wearing 4T. Ordered a size 4-6x and it fits her perfectly so I would say it definitely runs small. There is no baggy anywhere and there are no complaints when riding. The sleeves are very narrow but stretchy. Beautiful deep black color, survived two washes. Very moderate seat coverage. I would buy again.

Fits great. The material is ok - stretchy cotton. not good. My daughter said it was a bit itchy so she fought me to wear it again. I have to check the seams when I have time to see if the seam hurts her or if she just doesn't want to wear it. It also took me some time to receive it. I bought a gray XL long sleeve t shirt for my 9 year old daughter who weighs 60 pounds. Hand wash and tumble dry according to instructions. I took the Leo and put it on a cold wash and cold rinse cycle on the most delicate setting on my machine and hung to dry.
