This bathing suit wowed my aspiring dancer with its dazzling colour. She didn't want to take it off. I like that the skirt is not sewn on and can be worn separately. The fit was great on my petite mini. The rubber band seems to be stretching a lot, so there is room to grow. I have washed and air dried before use and had no problems. I didn't see the washing instructions so I used the gentlest cycle I had and washed it alone because of the light color.

Bought one size (small 4-6) for my almost 4 year old daughter. She is 41" tall, petite . It fits her PERFECTLY. All I have to say is PLEASE buy one size up. Toddler size 2-4 will not fit a child over 2 years old. The sizes get smaller when they doubt they get bigger. The skirt also comes separate and looks lovely. Very happy with how it looks and is comfortable. Personally I think if your child is over 43 buy 6-8 because my daughter is 41 and 4 -6 fit her just right.

My 4.5 year old daughter has just started ballet and wanted a lavender ballet leotard and skirt (daughter wanted a skirt, the teacher doesn't like her , so removable were the way to go!). She LOVES this beautiful lavender set and I love it because it's a lovely soft material, looks well tailored and you can't find a price tag for the leo and detachable skirt. I took a chance because the product in the photo is a lot pinker than the light purple, but in fact the product is a perfect lavender…
