This almost solid red tie is a brilliant, almost fire engine red that accentuates black, grey, blue or dark a blue suit like no other color (at least not all). There is a small diagonal stripe pattern but it is of the same color material so it is barely noticeable from a distance but very attractive up close. The tie is sewn well enough to make more complex and challenging knots, giving peace of mind to folks like me who prefer the Eldridge knot.

Bought with white shirt and charcoal wool suit for a Christmas funeral. The dark red color and stripes made this tie not too flashy for the occasion. It was beautiful, fit, good value and could be delivered in less than 48 hours with Prime (essential), which was very pleasing.
