My daughters sleep a lot better using it when they are restless sleepers. You had to get used to the weight. The only thing I don't like is that they are not machine washable. Sometimes accidents happen and it will be difficult to eliminate them.

As an adult with ADHD I just wanted a smaller blanket to cover my shoulders and back when I was sleeping or sitting. He's the perfect size and weight for that. I tried it and it immediately calmed me down and reduced my anxiety/stress/excess energy from a 7 (out of 10) to a 2 (out of 10). I am in love with this blanket. This is my new therapist.

This blanket is slightly smaller than the others (it measures 2.5ft x 3.5ft, most small weighted blankets seem to be 3ft x 4ft) and is perfect for an adult knee blanket. It just covers my stretched or cross-legged legs and the weight distributed over a smaller area gives good pressure. I received the same case size from ASIN B07T6C76ML. Very satisfied, I would buy again.

I bought this duvet and pink bedspread from the same brand to carry on my knees or on my shoulders while on the couch or when traveling. Don't get me wrong, the quilt is fine (although the fabric is a bit thin) but it didn't have the little tabs seen in the photos to attach it to the inside of the cover.
